Where is the Church

Who gets to be out and who gets to be in?
Who makes the decision and who gets to win?

We think we're so faithful
and yet we are proud
We pick up our stones
and throw with the crowd.

Who makes the cut?
Who lives to describe
The grace we extend
or stories we contrive.

But worse, who is stoned
by us who preach love?
Who claims our sin
is accepted above?

We think we are in, we think we'll be first.
But the first shall be last -- so where is the Church?
